But through the struggle, I discovered something powerful: the key to success lies in trusting yourself and adapting to each unique client.
This realization led me to create More Than A Method. MTAM is built on the principle of empowering stylists to think critically and creatively. My goal is to help you build the confidence that transformed my career and the careers of hundreds across the world. While you can learn online, we highly recommend in-person or live-streamed classes for beginners. Online learning can be challenging for hands-on skills like extensions. Are live classes saved for later viewing?
Absolutely. We know life can get busy, so live classes are available for playback within 48-72 hours and remain accessible for at least a month. This gives you plenty of time to catch up and revisit the content as needed.
Do I get certified through MTAM?
We don't offer certifications because we don't teach a single "method." Instead, we provide a comprehensive library of techniques to help you problem-solve and create customized, healthier installs for your clients. Our goal is to empower you with knowledge and critical thinking skills, not just a certificate.
I’m in a different country and the currency exchange is awful. Can you do anything for me?
Yes! I get it — sometimes, the exchange rate can be really difficult for students outside of the United States. If that’s you, I’m more than happy to offer you the MTAM Annual in your country’s currency. Please reach out to admin@morethanamethod.com and let me know your currency and situation.
