FAQ

How much experience do I need?

This class is best suited for stylists with some working experience in both methods.


Brand new stylists who have never offered either service or who are very new to either service are welcome but we highly encourage signing up for MTAM and watching all of the videos within these collections prior to class:

  • Install Fundamentals

  • Troubleshooting

  • K-tips with Alex

Coming in totally new with no previous education will feel overwhelming and you will not get what you need out of the class to be able to offer these services on clients right away.


Extensions take a lot of time to develop proper technique . Please come prepared so that we can give you an amazing class experience!



What should I bring to class?

The only things you need to worry about bringing are yourself and a looper for the hands-on with Christine! You are also free to bring whatever favorite tools you have, but everything else (yes including mannequins and tripods) will be provided for you.

I can't make it to the class or livestream,

can I purchase a ticket and watch the playback on a later date?

Absolutely!


Playback of the livestream will be available 72 hours after the last day of class. You will have access to the playback until December 12th, 2024 at which time it will no longer be available for playback.

Can I purchase just one day?

We are not offering one day tickets for this event.

I'm an MTAM subscriber, do I get a discounted rate?

All Master+ members get a discounted rate to the in-person class!
